    My order arrived in a timely manner even with a delay at Canada Post facility in Mississauga due to a major Covid outbreak. I appreciated the updates via email from receiving my order, my items at the customizing stage and my order beeing shipped with the tracking #.
    I ordered 2 necklaces, 1 with a engraved name and the second with 4 birth stones on the lariat necklace. Both are beautiful! The rolo chain is of good quality and the way the Swarovski stones are set was done perfect.
    I only have one tiny issue with the necklace that has the name plate as it keeps shifting constantly so that the closing clasp is at the front.
