"I ordered a family ring several years ago and have loved it. I recently noticed I was missing one of the stones. I reached out to Talisa asking if the ring could be repaired and they said yes and to just pay for shipping and they would send me a shipping label. To my surprise I then received an email saying that they would be making me a new ring and would send it as soon as it was finished. This was such a kind and generous thing to do. So many companies would have simply taken the opportunity to have me order and pay for a new ring or charge for a repair (which is what I was expecting). I just received my new ring which is exactly what I ordered year ago and am so thankful to have my family ring complete again. Thank you so much for your service!"
